JURASSIC WORLD MOVIE REVIEW
Jurassic World is directed by Colin Trevorrow and star Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio, Ty Simpkins, Nick Robinson, Omar Sy, B.D. Wong, and Irrfan Khan. The plot of the movie is a new theme park, built on the original site of Jurassic Park, creates a genetically modified hybrid dinosaur, which escapes containment and goes on a killing spree. I love the original Jurassic Park movie it is one of my favorite movies of all time. The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3 are complete garbage. So, in my opinion, we have not gotten a good Jurassic Park sequel yet. I loved this movie. The performances in the movie are fantastic. I am a huge fan of Chris Pratt and I definitely think he gives the best performance in this movie and he looks like he is having a lot of fun. He was badass, he was funny and he was likable. Bryce Dallas Howard who plays this uptight corporate woman who basically runs Jurassic World. She is one of the big reasons why this new dinosaur the Indominus Rex comes to fruition. She has amazing chemistry with Chris Pratt. Vincent D'Onofrio also pops up I can't exactly say why he is in the movie without spoiling anything, but he does a great job as well. The two kids that are there are surprisingly good. Which I was happy to see especially after the bad kid actors that were in Lost World and Jurassic Park 3. As for the movie itself I really just wanted to see dinosaurs just causing chaos, I wanted amazing action and I wanted to feel that sense of awe and wonder like I did with the original movie. Which I knew was a tall order, but I was hoping the movie would at least deliver that here and there and it really did. Colin Trevorrow did a fantastic job directing this movie. The CGI dinosaurs look amazing and it really immerses you in this World. The way he handles the action is beautiful. There's no shaky cam you see everything perfectly. The last 20 minutes of this movie is cinematic gold it is everything a Jurassic Park fan would want and it was the perfect conclusion to this movie. There is also some great dinosaur action that takes place before that awesome climactic action sequence that really ramps up the tension and really establishes this Indominus Rex as a very terrifying creature. I was really happy that the Indominus Rex didn't disappoint this thing is just horrifying and I loved how they played into that and how smart this dinosaur was. It was able to outsmart all these military men as they were trying to take it down and it was a lot of fun to watch. I also loved every time Trevorrow paid homage to the original. I won't tell you how he does, but it is very satisfying. 5 out of 5 stars for Jurassic World. I hope you enjoyed my review.
