AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON MOVIE REVIEW
Avengers: Age of Ultron is directed by Joss Whedon and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, James Spader, and Samuel L. Jackson. The plot of the movie is when Tony Stark and Bruce Banner try to jump-start a dormant peacekeeping program called Ultron, things go horribly wrong and it's up to Earth's mightiest heroes to stop the villainous Ultron from enacting his terrible plane. This movie I thought was not as entertaining as the first and a lot of it felt like stuff I had already seen. The action scenes were not that fun to watch it just felt like the same action scenes from the first film. The characters once again are handled extremely well. The humor works very well. Ultron's presence as a villain is funny he is a bit of a sarcastic villain which I enjoyed, however his creation and how we get to him being Ultron was so rushed and as a result to felt like there were scenes cut that would have helped me to understand the character. This movie introduces two new characters Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. I did not care about either of them. The performances were fine, but the characters themselves weren't that entertaining. They try and set up a romance between The Hulk and Black Widow and those scenes felt forced. I was very disappointed with Age of Ultron. I am seeing Infinity War tonight hopefully I will like it just as much or more than the first film. 2 out of 5 stars for Avengers: Age of Ultron. I hope you enjoyed my review.
