Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder and stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, and J. K. Simmons. The plot of the movie is fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman's selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy.    Going into Justice League I was really hoping to love it, unfortunately, it joins the long list of superhero movies that I did not enjoy.  I'll start with the few things I did enjoy Ben Affleck is fantastic as Batman. It's great to see Gal Gadot back as Wonder Women she kicked ass in her solo film and continues to shine in this movie. Affleck and Gadot have great chemistry together. Jeremy Irons is great as Alfred I did like the conversations he had with Batman.   Now on to what I did not like and there is a lot. A lot of these movies have a problem with making a villain that is threatening. Steppenwolf is probably the blandest villain yet. His motivations are so thin you don't learn anything about this character. He really brings the movie to a halt whenever he is on screen and he looks like really early video game animation it's horrible.  Another big problem I had was Batman and Wonder Women were the only characters that I gave a shit about. I didn't feel like any of the other members of the Justice League were fleshed out at all. The action scenes are incredibly forgettable and the camera work is a little bit shaky and so much of it looks like it was shot on a green screen it takes you out of the movie. This film feels incredibly rushed and maybe if it wasn't we would have gotten to know and care about more of the characters.    Director Zack Snyder did have to leave the production for very personal reasons and they brought on Joss Whedon to finish and it was very easy to tell who shot which scenes.  2 out of 5 stars for Justice League. I hope you enjoyed my review.
