TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION MOVIE REVIEW
Transformers: Age of Extinction is directed by Michael Bay and stars Mark Wahlberg, Nicola Peltz, Jack Reynor and Stanley Tucci. The plot of the movie is Autobots must escape sight from a bounty hunter who has taken control of the human serendipity: Unexpectedly, Optimus Prime and his remaining gang turn to a mechanic, his daughter, and her backstreet racing boyfriend for help. This is the worst Transformers film yet. I'll start with the characters just like the previous movie this movie concentrates on the boring as hell human characters instead of concentrating on the Transformers. On a side note this series is called Transformers we want to see more of the Transformers not the boring as hell human characters. So the human characters you have Mark Wahlberg a generic guy who's down on his luck. His daughter is played by Nicola Peltz and she can't act her way out of a box. She's just there to look good and she does, but the movie isn't getting points for having a hot chick in a really stupid movie. Stanley Tucci has a couple good lines, but in the end, he's completely wasted he starts throwing out that bullshit Michael Bay humor. There is also a whole new crew of Autobots to not give a shit about also. The only two returning Autobots are Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. This monstrosity clocks in at 2 hours and 45 minutes making it the longest Transformers movie yet and it definitely feels like it. A lot of things blow up in the movie, but even the special effects were shit. When they transformed it looked like shit, the CGI looked like shit. In this movie we get Dinobots and I was excited about that. Problem is when the Dinobots finally do show up I was almost asleep because the movie had been going on for what felt like six hours. Micheal Bay goes back to having the camera go all over the place so even if you cared to try and figure out what was going on it was impossible. So if you like hollow characters, lots of mindless explosions and bullshit than you will like this movie. I have lost all hope for this series I'm really dreading seeing this new one, but I'm going to suffer through it. 0 out of 5 stars for Transformers: Age of Extinction. I hope you enjoyed my review and I hope you never watch this movie.
