HALLOWEEN (1978) MOVIE REVIEW

Halloween is directed by John Carpenter and stars Donald Pleasence, Jamie Lee Curtis, P. J. Soles and Nancy Loomis. The plot of the movie is fifteen years after murdering his sister on Halloween night in 1963, Michael Myers escapes from a mental hospital and returns to the small town of Haddonfield to kill again.    This is one of those movie that is extremely popular and I just don't get why. The only thing I like about this film is the music especially the opining theme. The acting I thought was not that great.  The teenagers in this film are annoying as hell. The only character that is not annoying is Laurie played by Jamie Lee Curtis, her problem is she was way to boring.  Every time Michael Myers would kill one of the characters it was exciting because that meant the movie was closer to being over.  As for Micheal Myers I did not think he was scary at all.   1 out of 5 stars for Halloween. I hope you enjoyed my review and I hope it helped you decide whether to see the movie or not.
